Our mission is to meet the needs of the customer firstly during the processes development step and related validations and after during the phase of industrial production.
We are a reliable interlocutor for our partners, and we guarantee top efficiency and quality.
Our goal for the coming years is to further develop and differentiate our business so as to grow into a leading manufacturing hub in the Italian and international pharmaceutical and nutraceutical industry: a quality industrial partner in the development and manufacturing of high added value and technology-intensive products, capable of implementing business models for the development and production of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients, Lactic Ferments and Nutraceutical Products.

THE VALUE OF JOB SAFETY AND HEALTH
We are aware that our success is firmly linked to the achievement of high standards and to continuous improvement in the protection of the health and safety of our staff and of the community as a whole. To achieve this, we have put into place a modern and effective Job Safety and Health Management Process (JSHMP) aimed at implementing, maintaining and improving safety and health across our company on an on-going basis.
This programme ensures our commitment to:
- complying with the laws and regulations in force and any other occupational safety and health requirements that our company has agreed to meet;
- preventing accidents and the onset of job-related illnesses;
- promoting, throughout our organization and personnel, a sense of accountability for job safety and health, also by means of training and awareness-raising initiatives;
- continuously improving the systems, equipment, processes and management techniques in order to increase employee safety and minimize health hazards;
- limiting to the maximum extent the use of hazardous substances in all our processes and activities, guaranteeing that all risk factors in the workplace, especially chemical agents, are monitored;
- limiting the risk of fire and those deriving from the possible formation of explosive atmospheres (ATEX).
On 23 December 2009 Biosint S.p.A. obtained from Certiquality the OHSAS 18001:2007 Certification, which has since been renewed each year.

THE VALUE OF TRAINING
Through the specialised training of each individual employee, we have always encouraged the growth and promotion of corporate culture.
We are firmly convinced that knowledge is essential in peoples’ lives, and particularly in their working lives.
In an environment characterized by fast changes, that requires continuous adapting of one’s own tools to a continuing evolution, the opportunity to learn from training is a moment of personal growth for the employees, and a way of gaining economic and business competitiveness for the company.
We dedicate some 2,000 hours to training each year,, focusing in particular on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and on Safety and Environment.
